At Sustain Salon, we provide high quality hair services with an earth conscious approach. We use non-toxic products while recycling & composting nearly 99% of our waste, including the hair clippings, chemical waste, any and all product packaging.

At Sustain Salon, we value your appointments and understand that life can sometimes lead to schedule adjustments. To ensure a smooth experience, we confirm all appointments via text and/or email 72 hours in advance. We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service provider may need to reschedule your appointment or apply a fee at their discretion.

Please note that our stylists and staff do not have access to this information. Your credit card on file will only be used in the event of a late cancellation and/or a no-show.

 

• Late Cancellation Fee (less than 48 hours' notice): 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

• No Show: 100% of the total service cost will be charged.
